| **At His Majesty's request those pavilions providing shelter for the Crown Tournament contestants will be given priority immediately around the list field. Baronial Pavilions will be next in priority with all others to follow. Therefore those Baronies providing hospitality for crown combatants will go to the top of the list (falling directly below Their Majesties and our hosts). My staff will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our guests providing I have that information prior to Tuesday, November 3rd.
If you desire space around the list field, please send me an e-mail at apattee1 at cox dot net with the dimensions of your shelter (just the shelter size - I will assume a 3 foot space will be needed for stakes), the day that you plan on setting it up and information about who will be utilizing the space (i.e.: baronial presence, crown tournament contestant, ect.).
Note that one half hour prior to the procession beginning, vehicular traffic will not be allowed in the vicinity of the main event area - so plan your arrival accordingly. |
